Privacy Policy — Inquiries, Mailing List and Class Checkout
Effective October 16, 2026. This notice covers Contact, Find My Class, private-lesson requests, organization/private-group inquiries and mailing-list requests on the public Dance House LA website. It also covers Mommies and Fundamentals registration and payment when checkout is available. Team registration and payment are covered by the separate Team registration and payment privacy notice.
For Contact, we use your name, email, optional phone number, subject, message and preferred reply method to answer your inquiry. Find My Class also lets you provide dance experience and goals. Private-lesson requests include your name, email, phone, preferred contact method, lesson size, salsa timing, training focus, experience, level, goals, additional information, preferred date and times, and optional male-instructor request. Group inquiries include organizer and organization details, email, phone if provided, preferred contact method, event type, proposed date and time, location, estimated size, participant experience, format, goals, budget and vision. Please provide only your own adult contact details and dance questions, without medical information, card details or children’s information. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking, registration or payment. If you choose to join the mailing list, we use your first name, optional last name, email, optional interests and explicit email consent for manual addition to class and event email updates.
Cloudflare processes your form request and network information. Resend sends the inquiry to Dance House LA at dancehouselosangeles@gmail.com for manual follow-up through your chosen reply method. Mailing-list requests and consent are also emailed to that address for manual addition; submitting the form does not automatically subscribe you. Sanity supplies public website content; these form submissions are not stored in its public dataset. When Mommies or Fundamentals checkout is available, Cloudflare processes your adult name, email, phone, selected class and registration contact consent to link your registration to payment. Stripe processes payment details entered on its hosted checkout; our registration form does not collect card details. If registration email delivery is enabled, Resend sends confirmed registration details to the same business inbox for manual class follow-up, not mailing-list enrollment. Private-lesson booking links take you to Cal.com, where you provide booking information and continue to Stripe for payment. Those services process the information you enter under their own privacy notices.
For now, Dance House LA keeps inquiry and mailing-list request messages in its business Gmail inbox for its records. The forms database uses a 30-day window for keyed duplicate-prevention fingerprints, receipts and retry metadata, alongside separate rate-limit counters. For inquiry and mailing-list requests, it does not store your raw contact details, questionnaire answers or interests. Expiry of temporary backend records does not delete emails or records held separately by hosting and email providers. When checkout is available, Mommies and Fundamentals checkout temporarily stores adult registration contact details and consent, including any queued registration email, in the payment backend. These temporary details expire within 30 days and are removed by backend cleanup; business inbox records are held separately.
Email dancehouselosangeles@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop class and event updates. We will assess your request and any records that must be kept for accounting or legal reasons.
The public website is hosted on Netlify. Cloudflare processes form requests and hosts the forms and payment backend; Sanity supplies public website content. Hosting and security services receive network information. The Dance House LA application code does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Our application code does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Hosting and security providers have their own privacy controls and notices; this statement does not describe how those providers respond to privacy signals. External links take you to services with their own notices.
We will post changes to this policy here with a new effective date and directly notify affected customers of material changes to how their information is used.
